the farm kitchen | bainbridge island wedding photography

On Thursday, I had the privilege of paying a visit to Anne and Hollis over at The Farm Kitchen in Poulsbo. Anne and I had a lovely chat about the beauty of farm weddings (I'm not biased, or anything), and the nature of the wedding industry.

Last summer, I assisted on a wedding out at the farm, fell in love with the area, and simply had to see more.

The Farm Kitchen is simply lovely -- 18 acres of woods, fields, barns, old fruit trees and organic gardens. Not to mention a commercial kitchen and hookups with some of the greatest caterers in the Seattle area!

Anne and Hollis are running a remarkable business. Less concerned with what the most expensive or most popular sellers are (the wedding industry is terribly infamous of that), they run an honest operation focused on who you are as a couple, and what will speak to your personalities and love above anything else. Sounds pretty similar to the way Drew and I are running things over here on Bainbridge.
