superheroes | bainbridge island portrait photographers

Let's be honest: if you can go to the park, play superheroes and climb trees, then come home declaring it a solid day's work, you should consider yourself blessed. Just another reason we love what we do.

We had a blast with these boys down at Fort Ward. They needed no coaching or coaxing, because who knows their superheroes better than a bunch of 12 year olds?

We'll end with my personal favourite. This guy is totally ready to save the world.

Coming up next? Tasha (yes, that's me) gets sentimental, the story of our first fight, and photos from the epic 1 year anniversary trip!

bridal showers and a blue chair

Let's start this post with a chair. This chair has nothing to do with anything, but I like it, and I like this photo, so here we are.

Now, onward. My lovely sister/maid of honour threw me an amazing bridal shower over the weekend. Not only did she fly all the way out from Phoenix to do so, she enlisted the help of her fantastic man, Markus (yes, he is German). The theme was 50's housewife, and... let's just keep it at that. Thank you so much, Kiera, for making this such a success!

To top it all off, our Nana and Tia Karen drove down from Delta, BC to join in the festivities. It was truly wonderful to be around the family again.

This photo makes my heart happy... thank you, KT, for taking it.
